2.5 HOURS — MORNING SESSION
Early alarm!! I know, but it's worth it.
We'll start while everything is quieter and the morning light is soft, spending our first 2.5 hours exploring our morning locations + outfits.
And because Glacier gets extremely busy during summer, that early start isn't only pretty.. it gives us a major head start on crowds. NPS says July and August are its busiest months, and summer parking can fill early.

MONTANA SENIOR PHOTOGRAPHER
Hiii, I’m Eve! I’m a Northern California senior photographer, professional location obsessor, and the girl who will absolutely hike to the neareast summit to get a crazy birds-eye view photo of you.
After 8+ years photographing seniors, I’ve learned that some of the best galleries happen when we stop treating senior photos like something that has to happen close to home.
I created destination sessions for seniors who want to make this milestone a whole experience.
Think a few days away with your mom, somewhere you’ve always wanted to visit, with an entire day built around creating photos in places that don’t even look real.
And you don’t have to land in Montana knowing where the good spots are. That’s my job. I research locations, lighting, drive times, permits, weather, sunrise + sunset, and all the tiny details that make a location actually photograph well — not just look pretty on Google.
I’ll help with outfits, build our shoot itinerary, send you all the prep, fix your hair when the wind inevitably attacks, hype you up the entire time, and probably be way too excited about whatever mountain/cliff/lake we’re standing in front of.

The mountains are coming alive, everything is getting greener + summer is starting - but June can still be cool and rainy, and high-elevation access isn't guaranteed yet. Going-to-the-Sun Road's alpine section typically isn't fully open until late June or early July, depending on snow and plowing.
JULY + AUGUST

This is the classic Glacier look: warm days, cool nights + the best odds of having the park's high-country roads accessible. It's also peak visitor season, which is why we'll be strategic about timing and locations. Peak flowers season!

Crisper air, the very beginning of that fall feeling + still enough summer left to give us options.
But Montana does whatever Montana wants hehe. Snow can occur even at lower elevations by mid-September, so early fall sessions need a little flexibility.
There are senior photos… and then there’s flying somewhere incredible, spending the day exploring, and creating something you’ll remember forever.

Senior year moves ridiculously fast. A destination session is the perfect excuse to plan a few days together before graduation, college, and everything that comes next. Turn your photos into a mother-daughter trip you’ll both remember long after senior year is over.

Think mountains towering behind you, wildflower fields, turquoise water, coastal cliffs, historic streets, or landscapes that look straight out of a movie. I choose destinations with enough variety to create an entire gallery that feels like an adventure — not 100 photos in front of one view.
Planning From Across the Country.
Two Sessions. One Epic Day.
We photograph twice! Once in the morning and again in the evening — giving us completely different light, locations, outfits, and energy. We can explore during the day, take a break, grab lunch, change everything up, and meet back for sunset.
I Handle My Travel.
No calculating my flights, hotel, rental car, or figuring out where I need to stay. Your destination package already covers my travel to get there. You simply plan your own trip and accommodations, and I’ll take care of getting myself to you.

You don't need to know the area or figure out where we'll shoot. I research locations, lighting, drive times, permits, sunrise and sunset, and how everything fits together before we ever arrive. We'll build a plan that makes the most of the destination without your session feeling like a military itinerary.

FAQ'S
everything you’re probably wondering before we dive into planning.
DO YOU LIVE IN MONTANA?
Nope! I'm based between Northern California + North Carolina and travel to Montana specifically for these sessions. My travel is already built into your package price, so you won't book and then get hit with a surprise travel invoice.
CAN I BOOK IF I ALREADY LIVE IN MONTANA?
YES!! This experience is just as much for Montana seniors as it is for someone flying across the country specifically for their photos.
Same package. Same planning. Same full-day experience.
HOW DOES THE FIVE-HOUR SESSION WORK?
We photograph for 2.5 hours in the morning + another 2.5 hours in the evening with a giant break in between.
That gives us two completely different lighting situations, plenty of time for outfits + locations, and lets you actually enjoy your day instead of spending five straight hours taking photos.
WILL WE HAVE TO HIKE?
Not unless we intentionally plan for it!
I'll take accessibility, walking distance, outfit changes + everything else into account when building our locations. If you're down for a little adventure, tell me. If you'd rather not hike in a dress and cowgirl boots, also tell me.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Mountain weather is unpredictable. Glacier specifically advises visitors to prepare for rapidly changing conditions, even during summer.
I'll monitor conditions leading up to the session and adjust timing or locations when necessary. A cloudy forecast doesn't automatically mean we're rescheduling, some of my favorite light happens when the weather gets a little dramatic on us.
If conditions become genuinely unsafe or make photography impossible, we'll follow the weather/rescheduling plan in your contract.
CAN MY MOM BE IN SOME?
Pleaseeee. Especially if you've turned this into a mother-daughter trip. Your senior photos are still the focus, but we'll absolutely take some of you together.
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK FLIGHTS?
After we've officially confirmed your session date.
Please don't fall in love with a flight deal and then text me like “surprise we're coming July 17th!!!”
Once your session is officially reserved with a contract and $850 retainer, we can start building the rest of your trip around it!
